Sequential injection molding machines

The sequential rubber injection molding machine is designed to work with lines extruding rubber profiles.

Working with the extrusion head, the profile enables sequential injection of the rubber mixture into the profile in order to obtain the desired mechanical properties on the programmed section.

The injection molding machine is fed with the plasticized rubber compound through an integrated extruder. The digital control system allows precise synchronization of the injection moment as well as volume and speed control.

The injection molding machine can also work as an auxiliary unit for another injection molding machine.
