We offer single-screw extruders with screw diameters of 12 mm to 150 mm and the L/D range up to 48. The construction of the extruders is based on innovative assumptions, modern components and many years of experience gained in the plastics processing industry.
Our extruders guarantee reliable measurements of parameters and their repeatability. The preparation time for subsequent production tasks is short. In practice, meeting such an assumption means that the extruder must reach and stabilize certain operating parameters within a given time.
The key factor determining quality and repeatability is the control and precise measurement of temperature in each zone of the extruder and reliable measurements of all other parameters
