Caterpillar lashing is a universal solution, because it allows the transport of profiles with different cross-sections, pipes, hoses, seals, tapes with larger cross-sections. The extraction is an important element of the plastic extrusion line, because it is responsible for transporting the extruded profile.
Precise control of the linear speed of the extruded profile by means of caterpillar haul-off is carried out with high accuracy thanks to modern drives. The caterpillar haul-off can cooperate with a laser measuring device.

In caterpillar lashings working in lines intended for extrusion of small and delicate profiles, the regulation of the distance of the caterpillars is carried out with the help of an electric mechanism through a precise trapezoidal screw. In caterpillar lashings working in lines intended for extrusion of massive profiles or wires, the caterpillars are pressed against the profile pneumatically. Caterpillar haul-offs are equipped with modern independent drives of both caterpillars, which ensure reliable and stable operation [each caterpillar is driven independently].

Caterpillar lashings are equipped with their own digital PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) touch panel.
