Drilling deep holes up to 4m

A deep hole is classified on the basis of a depth-to-diameter ratio of at least 10: 1 (with a minimum diameter of 10mm). Deep hole drilling is used in many industrial applications, but its origin comes from the need to drill very accurate and straight barrels, where the depth-to-diameter ratio can exceed 20: 1 (with a maximum diameter of 150mm and a length of up to 4000mm).

Screw segments of laboratory twin screw extruders

The process of co-rotating twin screw extrusion is widely used in research and production processes. New vulcanization lines

The innovative furnaces that are the subject of the offer enable the vulcanization of rubber in the field of infrared radiation - this ensures an effective process in terms of cross-linking time, product quality and process costs. ZAMAK MERCATOR has developed new lines for vulcanization of rubber and silicone, including: IR blast furnace and IR tunnel furnaces. Tunnel furnaces enable the vulcanization process to be carried out with the use of infrared heaters and can be used for the production of profiles of very different shapes. A key feature of these devices is the ability to control the atmosphere inside the furnace. During operation, the furnace can be filled with an inert gas, e.g. nitrogen (N2), thanks to which the influence of atmospheric oxygen on the vulcanized product is reduced to a minimum.
